He is a practicing advocate before the High Court of Judicature at Patna and Delhi, advising clients on IPR, commercial and civil disputes, trademark prosecution and enforcement, property and constitutional matters. He holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Management from National Law University, Delhi. Prior to founding Mark & Mind Legal, he was an Associate (IP Litigation) at Singh Law Chamber LLP, New Delhi, and a Research Assistant at the DPIIT-IPR Chair, CNLU Patna.
